Once the alarm is verified, Emergency Medical Services, Fire Department Personnel or Police Response is dispatched. Communication to responders happens within minutes. Email and text-only systems have far more potential points of failure if you’re traveling, have your phone turned off, your internet is down, or you’re suffering from smoke or carbon-monoxide exposure. We also monitor elevators and provide rescue assistance.
